Update Brixlegg residential complex, Tyrol | Austria

With the help of b_solution, a multi-storey residential complex was implemented with prefabricated solid wood components in accordance with Tyrolean housing subsidy scheme. This means that they comply with the passive house standard which includes controlled living space ventilation. In total, two identical, three-story blocks with 12 residential units each were realised. Also the complete staircase including the elevator shaft was built in solid CLT BBS construction, rounding off b_solution's scope of services for this project.

The project is meanwhile shortly before completion. A few construction measures are currently still being implemented. These include the final painting work inside the buildings and work on the outdoor facilities.
