A strong price signal for shorter and more efficient construction phases
Gustav Epple & b_solution bidding consortium concludes framework agreement with the GdW for "Serial and modular housing construction"
The umbrella organization of the housing industry GdW, the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning and the Federation of the German Construction Industry have set the course for the future of residential construction with a new "Framework Agreement for Serial and Modular Construction 2.0".
As one of 20 selected bidding teams in this Europe-wide competition, we and our partner Gustav Epple Bauunternehmung GmbH are delighted about this new agreement and future collaboration! The award of the contract for innovative residential construction concepts to be realized in the future stands for fast and cost-effective residential construction of high quality. The agreement also guarantees price stability, process optimization and thus planning security!

GdW President Axel Gedaschko presented the Framework Agreement 2.0 together with Federal Building Minister Klara Geywitz and Tim-Oliver Müller, Managing Director of the Federation of the German Construction Industry, at a press conference in Berlin.
