Groundbreaking ceremony at Neu-Ulm Residential Complex
In Neu-Ulm, Bavaria | Germany, a 5-story residential building with 29 residential units made entirely of solid wood, including stairwell and elevator shaft, is being implemented. The apartments are distributed over three houses, each connected by a staircase. Three- and four-room apartments are planned for couples and families with children. Ten of them are to be barrier-free. An underground garage for car and bicycle parking and an additional bicycle room will also be implemented.
The residential building meets the fire protection requirements of building class 4. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter in 2024. Production of the required b_solution standard components is already in full swing at our plant and the planned start of assembly will begin in September 2023.
