With the help of the individually configurable system construction solution from b_solution, four identical residential blocks with 14 residential units each are being implemented. The result is a mix of 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with 55-117m² each.

All residential units are equipped with b_boxes. The b_box combines 3 functions in 1 room module. Standardised building services, well-equipped premium bathroom and static load-bearing effect.
